Library

A wide collection of books, pamphlets, magazines and slides on Southeast Asian arts and culture is available as support for organizational activities or personal research. The Library is very much a hub for the Society: Explorers & Study Tour groups meet to research and plan their travels; Study Group members and Museum Tour Guides come in to select slides and work on their presentations; Other members come in to browse or check out the latest additions to our shelves, or to work on publications, the newsletter, or membership and IT updates. And all this in a most convivial atmosphere.

We encourage members to help keep the library open and functioning by volunteering for library duties. No previous experience is needed and a short training session is provided. We try initially to pair new volunteers with our more experienced ones.

We are located in Sentral Senayan1, 17th floor, adjacent to Plaza Senayan, and we look forward to seeing you there. Current opening hours are published in the Society's monthly Newsletter.

For further information contact the Library Co-Chair.
