School Programs

The objective of the School Program Section is to foster foreign students’ appreciation of Indonesia's cultural and geographical diversity. Heritage Society members provide guided discussions and slide presentations to students at the international schools of Jakarta.

A selection of prepared talks is available for use, although volunteers are always welcome to research new topics for future presentations. Those who enjoy working with children will find this activity particularly rewarding. Some experience with childhood education and English-language fluency are important skills in this section.
